Hey guys,
We are slated to have a contest on Oct. 11th (rain date Oct. 25th)
I would like to ask if everyone is willing to start at 9 AM first flight.
Let me know if you are going to come. If we do not have enough, I have some obligations to attend to in the afternoon. and may not attend.
This may well be one of the last DLG contests of the season so let's make it a great turnout!!

I no longer have obligations on Sunday so , only if all agree will we still need to meet at 9AM.
Let's vote on it (the time to start). If anyone does not want 9AM, then we go back to 10am as defined in club rules.
Also, WE WILL BE FLYING A NEW TASK!!!!
Task - Consecutive flights - Goal to fly as many max flights in a window of time to form a sequence of flights. A sequence is a one or more flights where all flights except the last flight are equal to or greater than the max flight duration. A sequence ends when a max flight is not reached. If a pilot chooses to start a new sequence, he will discard all previous flights. Window can be up to 15 min and flight duration no longer than 3 min. The pilot is allowed unlimited throws. Only the last sequence counts.

Well, we have had 2 guys wanting to fly later so we will aim for a 9:45AM pilots meeting and first flight at 10AM.
Phil, are you bringing the scoring sheets?
Rob, will you have the computer for us to enter the scores or how will we be doing this?
Thanks guys.

Rich V confirmed that there have been no permits issued for this weekend, so we should have no problem with the field. If you do find cars there, find out who, person or organization, opened the gates for them so we can report them to the county.
If you find the gate open, lock it as it is not supposed to be open.

Guys,
The popular consensus has been to start early at about 9:15am pilot's meeting
As soon as we are all there, we will start flying.

Well the first date did not happen. We did not fly so we will be shooting for the fourth sunday of the month for the rain date.
We will be having the pilot's meeting at 8:45 am and promptly starting after that(~9am).
We will n ot be changing this.
