Who I interested in learning Vector Mechanics?? It is a useful tool to determine where the lift is or where it is going. I would be willing to give a seminar during our next meeting. It should take about 20-30 Min. Phil A. Why is the lift not always where my streamer is pointing?? (The answer will be reveled during the seminar)

The solution is like peter says wrap the servo with something... Tape or even better Heat shrink tubing
But that doesn't answer your question. You can try to cut it out with a HOT exacto blade. what I do is take an old N011 blade heat it with propane torch .. get it red hot & bend it in the shape that will allow me to scoop under the object I'm trying to separate. then let it cool & re heat & carve the servo out.
Any solvent strong enough to cut goop is strong enough to melt your servo case.. So is a hot knife for that matter but at least you have some control over where it cuts.
